  I had a small issue with my A/C losing pressure that I worked out that it was the low pressure valve that had bad seals and was leaking. I asked the service department for a new valve for my A/C low pressure input and they gave it to me free of charge. I thought that was cool until I went to do the repair. The valve they gave me was for a tire, not A/C. Not even close.

  As a woman, I'm always concerned about going to a dealership and being hosed.... with West City Honda, I have absolutly no issues going there by myself. The service department is super friendly and extremely helpful.

  I had an issues with my tires so I took it in to see them. Not on did the man explain it to me so I could understand he went above and beyond to ensure my safety by checking each tire... he found an issues and advice me to leave my car. He personally drive me to work And picked me up later in the day. They fixed the issue at NO CHARGE!

  Upton meeting Ethan at the dealership for the first time, I noticed how friendly everyone seemed to be there including the sales manager, service, and Linda Lowry in the finance department.
